Suggestions for cleansing:

  1. Upon waking– Sip an 8 oz. cup of warm water, with juice of 1/4 fresh lemon added. Lemon is a natural liver and kidney detoxifier and a gentle diuretic. Consuming lemon water throughout the day ensures the flushing of toxins from the body.
  2. Between 9-11 a.m-drink 12 oz. Bloody Good Juice(beet, cucumber, lime, apple). Blood builder, kidney strengthener, liver cleanser.
  3. Between 11-1Drink a 12 oz. smoothie. “Antioxidant smoothie” contains berries, banana, wheat grass and almond milk. “Anti-inflammatory smoothie” contains pineapple, banana, wheat grass, and almond milk. Both are alkalizing and oxygenating to the blood.
  4. Between 1-3 p.m.-Drink a 12 oz. Wake Up Juice(lemon, orange, carrot, ginger). This is a gentle laxative that aids digestion, provides electrolytes, and tones the skin.
  5. Between 3-5 p.m.-Have a Pea Shoot Salad (Local pea shoots, avocado, carrots, cucumber, NYS local pumpkin seeds, fresh lemon, EVOO, Himalayan pink salt) and/or 16 oz. bowl of soup- (carrot-ginger, veggie, or bone broth) Each of these soups provides a targeted effect. Ingredients and allergy info for each soup are provided below.
  6. Between 5-7 p.m.-Drink a 12 oz. Green Goodness Juice (kale, green apple, cucumber, ginger). This is a good sleep aid, blood cleanser, muscle relaxer and improves heart health.
  7. If you need additional liquids throughout the day, drink warm or room temperature water with ¼ lemon added.
