Green Goddess offers a variety of wellness, cooking and combination cooking/wellness classes. See what classes we have scheduled in our Monthly Newsletter or contact us to set up your own personal class.
Classes can be created to suit you!

*All Classes are 1-2 hours in duration.

*Cooking Classes are $200 for up to 10 people.

*Wellness classes are $100 for up to 10 people.

*Combination Cooking/Wellness classes are $300 for up to 10 people.

*Veggiecation Classes are $100/hour, which included the cost of ingredients. Recipe size is for up to 30 samples or a nice meal for 4-6 people.

Veggiecator™Wynde Kate

Wynde Kate is a certified Veggiecator TM, offering simple, vegetable-based cooking classes to large groups and intimate gatherings. Recipes vary with the seasons and give participants ideas on how to get more local vegetables into their diets, and the diets of their children. These classes are particularly successful with school groups. They are also fun to do as small or large adult groups. Recipes vary with the seasons.

Tammy Loewy has been a vegetarian cook for over a dozen years and involved with the natural foods business since moving to the Adirondacks 15 years ago. She presents classes focusing on vegetarian and ethnic cuisines. See her classes listed below

Eat Well, Feel Good – this class covers 5 principles of creating better health and then goes on to use those principles in 3 new recipes – carrot-cashew-ginger soup, spring rolls, and nutritious popcorn

Taming the Tofu – Many people try to incorporate this great vegetarian food into their diets and then wonder what to do with that tofu sitting in the fridge. Here is a class that abounds with great recipes to remedy our tofu dilemma, including casseroles, tofu cooking techniques, and tofu desserts!

Plant Based Proteins – There is a lot of information out about the benefits of plant-based diets. Here is a cooking class that will teach you how to tastefully use plant-based proteins such as tempeh, seitan, tofu, and nuts.

Indian Cooking – Adjust your senses to the smells and tastes of this ancient cuisine. Learn to make your own curry powder, cook the food of the Rajas, and drink homemade Indian Chai.
