Green Goddess offers a variety of wonderful organic food for every occasion.  From Small Platters to Elegant Weddings let Green Goddess be a part of your next event!

All ingredients are Organic and Local when possible.  If you haven’t tried our food, then hear from one of our wedding clients -Mother of the Bride “I wanted to let you know how thrilled we were with the catering and presentation of Fani and Rob’s wedding.  It was the most outstanding vegetarian food we have ever eaten ANYWHERE!  The service was excellent and the servers excellent! Appetizer Platters:

$135 platter – serves 45-50
$75 half platter – serves 25-30
(V )= vegan, (GF )= gluten free
Vegetables and Dip – a variety of fresh vegetables with 2 dips(all gluten free)
(v)Maple Dijon, Spinach Artichoke, (v) Heavenly Hummus
(v)Creamy Balsamic, Creamy Dill Dip, or (v)Creamy Cilantro,
Greek Platter – stuffed grape leaves with tzaziki sauce, feta
cheese, hummus, crostini, and Greek olive mix
Spring Rolls (V/GF)- marinated vegetables and rice sticks in a rice noodle
wrap served with a spicy sesame maple sauce (30/60rolls)
Gourmet Cheese, Cracker, and Fruit Platter – local, organic
cheeses and specialty cheeses with a variety of natural
crackers(gluten free crackers available) and fresh organic fruit
Add local charcuterie – $50 full/$25 half

Quiche Bites– a savory tart filled with sautéed spinach, onions and jarlsburg
cheese made with local, free range, organic eggs (45/90)
Stuffed Mushrooms – organic white mushrooms stuffed with
sautéed onions, garlic, mushrooms, zucchini, and bread
crumbs **can be made vegan and gluten free (30/60)
Potato Pancakes(V) – mashed herbed potatoes baked to perfection served
with homemade Applesauce or Pesto *can be made vegan (45/90)
Mini Millet-Chickpea Sweet Potato Burgers – (V/GF) – a gourmet veggie burger bite size served with our Goddess Creamy Cilantro Dip (30/60)

Bruschetta with 3 Spreads – toasted baguette with 3 spreads – $95/$175
*Heavenly Hummus *Tzaziki Greek Yogurt *Tomato- Olive Basil
Teriyaki Meatballs – Local grass fed beef flavored with ginger and garlic and
served with a homemade Teriyaki sauce – $95/$175 (45/90)

Sandwich Platters:

$70 serves 12-15 people
8 Sandwiches – 2 types of sandwiches per platter
*Made on local farm bread or Whole wheat wrap (gluten free wraps available)
From The Farm – Natural turkey breast, homemade pesto, greens,
roasted red pepper, red onion and farm cheese spread
Green Goddess Wrap – Goddess Cilantro dressing, grilled tempeh,
spinach, carrots, and sunflower seeds on WW wrap
Apple Dijon – Apples, Dijon-maple dressing, greens, onions
and cheddar cheese
Avolicious – avocado, Goddess Cilantro dressing, tomatoes, greens and
cheddar cheese
Heavenly Hummus – Homemade hummus with roasted red peppers,
greens, cucumbers, carrots and garlic tahini dressing on WW wrap
Scape Goat – fresh chevre cheese, pears, shredded carrots, greens and
creamy balsamic dressing on WW wrap
Gobble Gobble – organic turkey with veganaise, greens, tomato and red
onion

Salads by the Platter:

$95 platter- serves 35-40 people
$50 platter – serves 20 people
Green Salad – a mix of local greens with all local vegetables
including red cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, red onions, and
more with our homemade creamy balsamic dressing
Sesame Noodles – a Green Goddess specialty – Udon Noodles
with a mildly spiced tahini sauce, cilantro and scallions
Sunshine Cabbage Salad – a mix of red and white cabbage and seasonal
vegetables with curried cashews, sesame seeds, and currants.
Served with a sesame vinaigrette
Black Bean and Quinoa Salad – Mexican inspired salad with corn,
peppers, and cilantro in an herbed vinaigrette tossed with quinoa
Traditional Potato Salad – Local potatoes cooked and tossed
with red onions, celery, vegenaise, Dijon and spices
Quinoa Tabouli – quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and lots of fresh
parsley in a sauce of mint, cumin, lemon and olive oil
Fruit Salad – organic fruit with a maple-mint sauce
Organic Granola and Local Yogurt – Choose from our wide array of organic
granolas and yogurts – great with a fruit salad!

Casseroles:

serves 9 to 12
$45 – Spanikopita – sautéed spinach with feta cheese, cream cheese, and local dill tossed with brown rice and layered with fillo dough.
$45 -Black Bean Tortilla Pie(GF) – a mild Mexican casserole with layers of black refried beans, brown rice, tomatoes, corn tortillas and cheese. *vegan option
$55 -Vegetarian Lasagna – a classic Italian dish with homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella and ricotta cheese, layers of lasagna noodles, and seasonal roasted vegetables
$45 – Vegetable Polenta(GF)- layer of homemade polenta topped with roasted vegetables in a roasted red pepper sauce covered with cheese and baked. *vegan option
$50 – Golden Cashew Curry (V/GF)–A mix of seasonal vegetables, carrots and chickpeas in a cashew cream curry served over herbed Basmati rice
$50 – Chana Aloo Curry(V/GF) – Chickpeas and potatoes simmered in a tomato based curry served over herbed Basmati rice
$50 – Penne and Roasted Vegetables (V) – Penne pasta in a garlic and herb olive oil sauce with roasted seasonal vegetables *gluten free pasta available
Add Roasted chicken breast – $10
$75 – Tuscan Chicken(GF) – Strips of chicken breast roasted in a lemon- olive oil – white wine sauce.

Cookie and Mini Muffin Platters:

$125 platter (90 small cookies/muffins – choose 3)
$70 half platter (45 small cookies/muffins – choose 2)
*$5 extra for each gluten free choice
Cookie Options: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Molasses, Kim’s Wicked Chocolate Brownies, Pumpkin Oatmeal (V),Mudslide cookies(GF), Mint Chocolate Chip(V/GF)

Muffins Options: Flax-Carrot(V), Apple-Millet, Banana-Nut(V), Blueberry, Ask about our gluten free options!

Coffee, Teas, and Juices:

Coffee and Tea($2.50/person) – Green Goddess uses organic Adirondack Coffee Roasters coffee, local Battenkill half& half and organic sugar
We offer a selection of organic teas including black, green and decaf
Juices($1.50/person) – Organic Apple Juice and Orange Juice
*Ask about our fresh juice bar options*
**Coffee, hot water and juices will come in Green Goddess’ pump pots and carafes which will need to be returned at the end of your catering event

Available Extra Services:
