Pumpkin Cheesecake
Kim’s Maple Spice Cake with Maple Buttercream Frosting
Spiced Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
Appetizers Platters ($45) – serves 15 to 20
Greek Platter – stuffed grape leaves with tzaziki sauce, feta
cheese, hummus, pita, and Greek olive mix
Spring Rolls- marinated vegetables and rice sticks in a rice noodle
wrap served with a spicy sesame maple sauce
Stuffed Mushrooms – organic white mushrooms stuffed with
sautéed onions, garlic, mushrooms, zuchinni, and bread
crumbs
Entrees-serves 9 to 12
Quiches ($25)– A Savory tart filled with sautéed spinach, onions
and jarlsburg cheese made with local free range eggs
Spanikopita ($35) – Sautéed spinach in an herbed feta and cream
cheese sauce with local dill tossed with brown rice and
layered with Fillo dough.
Lasagna ($40)– A classic Italian dish with homemade tomato
sauce, mozzarella and ricotta cheese, layers of lasagna
noodles, and sautéed vegetables-vegan and gluten free

Roasted Vegetable Pie with Polenta ($40)– Roasted vegetables over polenta
topped with a homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella and baked
