Braised Greens and Garlic Scapes

Saute kale, collards, chard, beet greens, spinach, or any other fresh, local leafy green with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Braggs liquid aminos, and chopped garlic scapes for a quick, nutritious side dish to any meal. Have the leftovers cold the next day. They still taste great!
